I am a person who loves change and likes to be part of a change in the lives of others. Since childhood, I have been more interested in renovating the house and rearranging the locations of the furniture in order to motivate my self to do my chores in order to achieve ease of movement and give more aesthetic to create a more vibrant ambiance. I like to see every corner of the house effectively serving the purpose.  I would sit in every corner to see the view fully and fill the mental picture of what the place lacks and what can complement it. I will never forget the day the war planes were bombing and I used to paint walls and cover some of them with wallpaper.

Eagerly waited for my graduation to start my practical life and apply what I learned in real life ,every project was a challenge for me, a challenge for a newly graduated girl in a business market which at that time was exclusive for men, for ideas that may not find support with materials, for a work team that may not be able to be implemented according to my designs, I tried my best to find appropriate solutions to the problems I faced and look for alternatives when possible. Every space and every project I implemented has increased my experience and strength it.

Since 2001 till 2007 I was a self employee I managed a team of 5 people were we created designs and supervised projects until completion, with my staff we implemented 25 projects both commercial and residential.

I kept in touch with my team even after settling in Dubai. Which for a while made me think that I paid my dues, but I had to start all over again as an interior designer in a small Decoration company. I knew Dubai is not an easy market for a new resident, but immediately I took an action and move fast after a while I settled down and I contributed in shifting the company’s activities that I was working on towards interior architecture , that is why I was promoted to be senior interior designer in a short period of time.

I worked for this company for 2 years During these years I gained a lot of experience in customizing furniture and adapting innovative designs in small areas flipping and the rehabilitation of many of properties . I have to mention that I am really proud of my ability to bring the vertical detailed designs that I worked on to reality that is why I did not only design but supervised the implementation process to make sure the design was executed properly.

Despite of the difficulty of entering the property field and gaining foothold in a large market such as Dubai, I was able to make my mark through set designing. especially the talk shows, which made it easier for me after that to make my way in the field of rehabilitation, and many commercial apartments and residential and participating in the design and supervision of the implementation on most of them.

Working in consulting engineering companies in the United States expanded my experience and gave me the motivation to establish my own company in the field of real estate development, which will contribute a lot to leaving a mark in this field.

My personal theory in life is that one must have an engine and fuel, the engine is knowledge, research studies, and insight but the fuel is the feeling, the energy, the motivation, the passion. My goal is to help people improve their quality of life by having a place that achieves the highest level of easy living and influence the psychological factor to become more productive and positive.

My passion is to transform any property into a better place to achieves the maximum benefit for its users and building properties that bring the greatest benefit for its purpose.
